OK , My weekend is consisting of the following . I have 14" delta bandsaw with 6" Riser . I have pulled out the 3/4hp Motor and replacing it with 3hp ....... "loud tool time grunt"

3/4hp is 1750rpm 3 hp is 3450 rpm so i have to change pulleys . Right now the motor pulley is 2-3/4" and saw pulley is 6"

Ok All you Mad scientist  mathematicians ...... whats my pulley sizes need to be to make the change here ?????

Currently your saw RPM is 802 to keep that RPM you can make the motor pulley about and 1.5 or play with the calculator I use to come up with 2 pulleys

Right now your running about 825 rpm on your saw shaft, doubling your rpm looks like a 2" on the motor 8" on the saw shaft will get you 860....... maybe you want to go a lot faster? http://www.csgnetwork.com/pulleybeltcalc.html

Me mother in-law gave me a very nice 1950 Delta 14" to which I added the riser and a 2hp Baldor motor it really  turned it around

You don't want to go too fast. Wood cutting band saws work best at about 3000 feet per minute. 820 RPM is about where you want to be, 860 wouldn't be so bad.
I'm not a big fan of 1.5" pulleys on 3450 rpm motors, you don't have a lot of surface area for belt traction so slippage and vibration can be a problem. I would measure how big you can go on the driven side and size the drive pulley to that. If you can fit a 12" pulley on the driven side, you can keep the 2.75 pulley on the motor but you'll be a bit slow on the blade speed. Do they make an 11 1/2" pulley?

Oh, and Jim,
Don't let the smoke out of this one.

I agree with Steven.
If you can't get a big enough pulley on the driven element (the saw) you can put in an intermediate shaft with two pulleys or a stepped pulley between the motor and saw to get you there. This takes up some room and can be a bit more work to set up.

Its Done ... I have a new motor for the belt sander . The repair company was able to pump new magic smoke in there for little over 100.00 and my 14" delta bandsaw with 6" riser kit went from a 3/4hp to 3 hp .
MORE POWER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
